Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications published by Monettech, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), including Dodge Air, Got 10 Minutes?, and any other apps we may release. By accessing this website or downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. Your use of a particular app is also subject to that app's Privacy Policy and, where provided, its Privacy Choices page, each as linked in Section 1 below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Privacy and Data Practices

Monettech publishes more than one app. Data practices can differ by app depending on features such as on-device storage, optional iCloud or CloudKit sync, local notifications, widgets, Live Activities, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. We do not use a single company-wide privacy policy for all apps.

When you use an app, the Privacy Policy for that app describes what information may be processed, how it is stored, and your rights. Where available, that app's Privacy Choices page explains how to manage optional features on your device. Those app-specific documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference for that app.

We may add or update apps over time. Each new or updated app will have its own Privacy Policy (and Privacy Choices page, if applicable) linked from the app, its App Store listing, or its website. If anything in these Terms conflicts with an app-specific Privacy Policy regarding that app's data practices, the app-specific Privacy Policy controls for that app.

Generally, our apps are designed to be privacy-light: we do not operate our own user-account, analytics, or advertising platforms for those apps, and we do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Specific details, including what is stored on your device, what may sync through Apple services, and what third-party services are used, are set out only in the applicable app Privacy Policy.

If you contact us about privacy, follow the contact details in the applicable Privacy Policy. For general questions about our apps or website, reach us on @monettechllc. Many privacy requests related to app data can be handled on your device or through the controls described in the relevant Privacy Choices page.

Use of this Monettech website alone does not require you to create an account. Website data practices are described in our Website Privacy Policy. Messages you send us through X are handled as described there and in the applicable app policies where your inquiry relates to a specific app.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps or website, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and apps only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to harass others, distribute malware, violate any applicable law, or interfere with the operation of our services or third-party systems. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases, unlockable content, or auto-renewable subscriptions. All such transactions are processed by Apple (or the applicable platform) through the App Store. Payment terms, refunds, renewals, cancellations, and billing are governed by Apple's (or the platform's) terms and policies. We do not store your payment card or banking information. Subscription features, pricing, and restore options may vary by app and are described in the app or on its App Store product page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and materials on our website and in our apps are owned by Monettech, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monettech, LLC, its members, managers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes to how an app handles personal information will be reflected in that app's Privacy Policy.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
